Phil has over 10 years experience with his interests taking him beyond just physical training, he has a passion for working with the whole person including mental and psychological application. He is a trained counsellor which greatly helps to build the right rapport to get the most out of your sessions by honing in on making your training fun and comfortable to help achieve your goals.
He has a keen interest in martial arts, with a Blue Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and a focused practice of yoga and body work. All his experience is influenced by the importance of the mind and body connection. He feels strongly that the most rewarding part of the training he will do with you, is seeing the mental confidence you will gain when achieving your goals.
